The Rebuild Method

Recovery isn’t retreat. It’s reconstruction.

Four domains of whole-person restoration, integrated rather than sequential, delivered across the full continuum of care. The whole person, restored.

The Rebuild Method Body The vessel Mind The patterns Life The day Self Identity Discretion The whole person, restored.

01 / 04

Domain · One

Body

The vessel. The physiology. The foundation everything else is built on.

Recovery begins in the body. Trauma, addiction, and prolonged stress all live in the nervous system before they live anywhere else. Before deeper psychological work can land, the body has to be regulated, rested, and restored.

In practice

  • Medically supervised detox and stabilization
  • Sleep restoration and circadian regulation
  • Physical fitness as clinical methodology, not a gym
  • Nutrition, hydration, and metabolic support
  • Medication management under board-certified psychiatric oversight
  • Somatic and experiential work to regulate the nervous system

02 / 04

Domain · Two

Mind

The internal narrative. The patterns. The work underneath the symptoms.

The mind is where trauma is processed, where addiction’s cognitive patterns are interrupted, and where co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed with clinical seriousness. Not a meditation program dressed up as therapy.

In practice

  • Trauma-focused therapeutic modalities with licensed clinicians
  • Evidence-based treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Addiction pattern interruption and relapse-prevention frameworks
  • Cognitive work tailored to high-performing professional patterns
  • Individual and group therapy at true 1:1 clinical ratios
  • Ongoing psychiatric care integrated into the treatment plan

03 / 04

Domain · Three

Life

The day. The relationships. The structure that holds a person together.

This is the domain most facilities skip, and the one families care about most. A person can be medically stable and psychologically processed and still return to a life they cannot manage. Life is where the operational architecture of a functioning adult is restored.

In practice

  • California ADL-standard clinical structure, integrated rather than decorative
  • Restored daily routines: sleep, meals, movement, rest, self-care
  • Family therapy and family-systems work
  • Relational skill-building across boundaries, communication, and repair
  • Return-to-work and professional identity planning
  • The app as continuity tool, structure that follows you home

04 / 04

Domain · Four

Self

The person underneath the performance. Identity, values, meaning.

The deepest domain, and the one that determines whether recovery lasts. A client can restore their body, process their mind, and rebuild their life, and still relapse if the question of who they actually are underneath all of it remains unanswered.

In practice

  • Values clarification and identity work
  • Purpose and meaning work through 1:1 clinical sessions
  • Spiritual exploration, offered rather than imposed
  • Equine-assisted work focused on authentic self-recognition
  • Integration of the authentic self with professional life
  • Alumni engagement supporting continued identity work

In Plain Terms

What we stand on. Specifics, not promises.

These are not slogans. They are the operational commitments this residence is built around, and the ones a family, a referring professional, or a prospective client can hold us to.

01Discretion

Your life stays yours.

Six beds. Private hillside. Operational confidentiality and anonymity treated as the default, not a premium add-on. Your name, your work, and your reputation are sensitive by design.

02Daily Structure

ADL-standard living.

Wake at a set time. Make the bed. Prepare breakfast. Manage your medication. Move your body. Handle your laundry. Take yourself through the day. The California clinical standard, practiced.

03Clinical Depth

Real modalities, translated.

Trauma-focused therapy, board-certified psychiatric oversight, evidence-based treatment of co-occurring conditions, and true 1:1 clinical ratios. Named, licensed, practiced.

04Family

The people you love, inside the work.

Family therapy and family-systems work, integrated from day one. Not an add-on program, not a separate track. The family is part of the clinical plan.

05Return to Work

Professional identity, preserved carefully.

For clients whose work cannot pause and whose identity is bound to what they do, re-entry is planned from intake forward. Protocols, not platitudes.

06Continuity

Care that follows you home.

Our clinical app is set up by your care team at intake and carries the work through detox, residential, outpatient, and alumni. Your plan, your team, your structure, continuous across every level.

Levels of Care

One method, carried across the arc.

The four domains are not a residential-only idea. They are worked across detox, residential, outpatient, and alumni care, with the same clinical team and the same language.

I.

Detox

Medically supervised stabilization. Sleep, hydration, nervous-system regulation, and the first days of four-domain work.

II.

Residential

Six-bed home, 1:1 clinical ratios, ADL-standard daily structure, full four-domain work across every shift.

III.

Outpatient

Intensive and standard outpatient programs, work re-entry planning, and continued clinical depth.

IV.

Alumni

Ongoing identity work, peer engagement, and long-term relapse-prevention continuity.

The Limitless App

One app that carries your work across the whole arc.

Your clinical team sets it up on day one. Your treatment plan, your daily structure, your check-ins, and your care team all live inside it, and all travel with you from detox through residential, outpatient, and alumni care. Whole-person healing, continuous at every level. Not a consumer download. The connective tissue of your recovery.

Frequently Asked

The answers families and referring professionals actually ask for.

  • My Limitless Journeys is a six-bed residential treatment residence in Encino, California, providing the full continuum of care: medically supervised detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and alumni care. We treat substance use disorders, alcohol addiction, co-occurring mental health conditions, and trauma through The Rebuild Method, our whole-person clinical framework.

  • Adults whose work, reputation, and privacy cannot be set aside to do this clinical work. White-collar professionals, executives, entertainment industry professionals, and the families searching on their behalf. Our approach is built around full clinical depth delivered with complete discretion.

  • Yes. My Limitless Journeys is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAHO). We are also members of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP), the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), and the Young Adult Transition Association (YATA).

  • Length of stay is determined clinically, based on each client’s individual treatment plan. Residential stays generally range from 30 to 90 days, followed by outpatient care of varying duration. The full arc, from detox through alumni, is designed for long-term recovery rather than a fixed package.

  • When clinically appropriate, yes. Our six-bed setting is configured to allow continued professional work where it supports recovery rather than competes with it. Every case is assessed individually by the clinical team at intake, and the decision is revisited throughout the stay.

  • Privacy is the condition our entire operation is built around. Our private hillside residence is insulated from public exposure, our 1:1 staff-to-client ratios mean no crowded common areas, and every team member is trained to treat each client’s identity, work, and reputation as sensitive by default. Discretion is not a feature. It is the foundation.

  • We work with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross (including most BCBS Blue Card plans), Cigna, Kaiser Permanente of Southern California, UnitedHealthcare, HealthNet, UMR, First Health, MHN, TriCare West, and Quantum Health. We also accept private pay. Our admissions team verifies coverage on the initial call.

  • The Rebuild Method is My Limitless Journeys’ whole-person clinical framework, organized around four integrated domains: Body (detox, physiology, nervous-system regulation), Mind (trauma-focused therapy and co-occurring conditions), Life (ADL-standard structure and relational work), and Self (identity, values, meaning). Beneath all four sits Discretion, the operational commitment that makes clinical work possible for our audience.

  • Family involvement is integrated into the clinical plan from day one, not offered as an add-on. Family therapy and family-systems work happen throughout residential care and continue through outpatient and alumni engagement. The family is treated as part of the system the client is returning to, not a separate audience.

  • The work continues through outpatient care and alumni engagement. Continuity is supported by our clinical app, which is set up by the care team at intake and carries the treatment plan, daily structure, and clinical team connection across every level of care, from detox through alumni.

For clients whose work keeps them in the rooms where alcohol and drugs live.

Entertainment industry professionals, and the attorneys, agents, and managers who stand beside them, do not get to step permanently away from the environments that expose them. Studio lots, green rooms, red carpets, wrap parties, the spaces where the deals are made: these are part of the work, and they are not going to change. We understand that. We build the clinical skills and the lifestyle architecture that let our clients stay sober inside those rooms, not only outside of them.
