About Us

Built for the people who can’t disappear to heal.

My Limitless Journeys is a six-bed residential treatment residence on a private Encino hillside, founded on the belief that the deepest clinical work and complete discretion are not opposites. They are the same design decision.

The Story

A shortcut to happiness doesn’t exist. A method does.

Our founder left medical school for psychology after realizing the most intractable pains are those of the mind and heart, and that addiction traps people in cycles that physical treatment alone cannot break.

Years spent inside healing centers, clinical programs, and recovery communities led to one conclusion: true healing must address body, mind, life, and self together, or it doesn’t hold. That conviction became The Rebuild Method, and the method became this residence.

Our Mission

Walking with each person through their most vulnerable moments.

MLJ’s mission is to walk with every individual through their most vulnerable moments. We provide clinically excellent, compassionate, and personalized care, supporting each person on their journey of healing, growth, and long-term recovery. Our mission is to ensure every individual who reaches out for help feels seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their life.

Our Vision

A safe place to heal, whatever the starting point.

Our vision is to ensure that anyone who reaches out for help, no matter their story, struggle, or starting point, receives a safe, structured, and supportive environment to heal. We strive to lead with integrity, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a deep belief in every person’s capacity to change. MLJ aims to create opportunities for transformation, strengthen recovery communities, and remove barriers so individuals and families can access high-quality behavioral healthcare across every level of care we provide.

How We Work

Our values.

01

Care & pride in our work

We are committed to our mission: delivering the highest level of care to clients and working with our fellow MLJ team members. We always strive to ensure our daily work is the very best it can be. We work hard to help each other, our clients, and our stakeholders get what they need, when they need it.

02

Mutual respect

We’re all on the same team, have value, play an important role, and contribute to our mission. We respect different viewpoints as we perform our work. We do not underestimate or undermine teammates. If there are concerns or disagreements, we pick up the phone and talk.

03

Accountability

We strive to meet our commitments. We keep teammates abreast of our progress on projects, especially if there is a change in our ability to complete a task on deadline. Similarly, we communicate if our needs change.

04

A learning environment

We focus on what we can learn and how we can apply it to make what we do better. We are nimble; we test and adjust as needed to best deliver on the mission. Constructive feedback is encouraged. We make mistakes and own them, focusing on learning from them rather than dwelling on them.

05

Clear communication

We acknowledge email and similar communications within 24 hours on business days, even if it’s as simple as “got it, will respond later.” If you don’t understand a request, seek timely clarification. If someone says they are unclear about your request, take responsibility for clarifying in a respectful manner.

06

Radical transparency

We work diligently to remove barriers to organizational information and openly share the development of policies and processes with each other. We speak and act with integrity and embrace differences of opinion.

07

A professional image

We always present a professional, business-like image. In internal meetings, each meeting owner can establish the expectations for the call. For larger and external video meetings, the expectation is that we are on camera more than off, and on camera whenever we are speaking.

What We Believe

Four convictions we operate by.

01

Small is clinical.

Six beds is not a limitation, it is the methodology. True 1:1 ratios, genuine privacy, and a clinical team that knows every client deeply are only possible at this scale.

02

Discretion is infrastructure.

For executives, entertainment professionals, and public lives, privacy is not a luxury preference. It is the precondition for honest clinical work.

03

The whole person, or nothing.

Body, mind, life, and self are one system. Treating one domain and discharging the rest is how the industry built its relapse statistics.

04

Recovery has to survive your life.

We build recovery that works inside studio lots, boardrooms, and family dinners, the rooms our clients actually return to.
