OUR TREATMENT PROGRAMS
Medical Detox
At My Limitless Journeys, our Inpatient Medical Detox program is the first step toward freedom from alcohol or substance dependence. With 24/7 medical supervision and compassionate care, we help safely remove substances from the body in a calm, supportive environment.
Upon arrival, clients meet with our on-site physician to create a customized detox plan. When appropriate, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is used to ease withdrawal symptoms. Most clients complete detox in 7 to 14 days, depending on their individual needs.
Inpatient Treatment
After detox, clients move into our Residential Treatment program—a structured 30-day experience focused on long-term healing and personal growth. Days are filled with individual therapy, group clinical programming, and hands-on life skills.
More than just a place to recover, MLJ is where clients begin to build a new life with purpose, routine, and confidence.
Partial Hospitalization Programs
After detox, clients move into our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)—a structured, intensive treatment option designed for individuals who need continued support but are ready to return home in the evenings. Over the course of this 30-day program, clients engage in individual therapy, group counseling, and skill-building sessions aimed at long-term recovery.
More than just a treatment program, our PHP helps clients build a strong foundation for sustained healing, promoting emotional growth, life skills, and the confidence needed to navigate life after treatment.

Clinical Director
Maria is a dynamic and compassionate therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. As the Regional Clinical Director for Emend Healthcare, she leads with a vision that blends cutting-edge therapy with deep emotional insight.
With advanced degrees from NYU and The New School, and clinical experience at institutions like Yale New Haven and Weill Cornell, Maria brings a strong background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to our team. Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply human.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys time with her two horses, Dulce and Pumba, and is an avid polo player.
